In view of the importance of Protection of Personal Information, LDH group obtain to protect personal information under the following policy.

Policy

1.Develop a Protection of Personal Information Compliance Program and improve them continuously: LDH group ensure our board member and staff recognize the importance of Protection of Personal Information. We have developed a Protection of Personal Information Compliance Program which include this Policy and “Protection of Personal Information Law” and the other regulation and operated the program, continue it and improve it continuously.

2.Observe “Protection of Personal Information Law”: LDH group follow “Protection of Personal Information Law” and the other regulation, considered to the contents and size of every department and establish management system to protect customer’s personal information. We collect and use customer’s personal information properly, we manage the information appropriately to open customer own, to correct and so on.

3.Secure Personal Information accurately and safety: To secure Personal Information accurately and safety, LDG group obtain to keep personal information accurately and updating. And we obtain to have safety measures in view of ICT and management organization to prevent unauthorized access, loss of personal information, corruption, manipulation and leakage.

4.Observe concerning Protection of Personal Information Law and the other regulation: LDH group comply with all concerning Protection of Personal Information Law, government-prescribed guidelines and other standards concerning the protection of personal information.; Established on January 2010

LDH group observe concerning Protection of Personal Information Law and the other regulation, commit to handle customer's personal information properly with the following describes.

1.Management of customer's personal information: To prevent the leakage, loss, or corruption of personal information, LDH group shall implement appropriate safety management measures and protect our retained customer's personal information with law, regulation and our insight rule. And LDH group educate our employee how to handle customer's personal information properly.

2.Acquirement and object for personal information: (1) LDH group shall obtain customer's personal information by proper method. If we intend to retain customer's personal information and ask customer to provide their personal information though website or document directly, we shall clarify our using purpose. However, if our purpose is clear, we shall omit to indicate our purpose.; (2) LDH group use personal information for the following purpose; (A) To verify and deliver our products/service which is purchased/applied from a customer.

2) To confirm an application to event or deliver a ticket to a customer
3) To confirm an application for E-mail service and send E-mail to a customer
4) To confirm a registration to membership service and provide our service to a customer

3) To ask customer to answer our survey and report our survey result to a customer; (D) To verify and contact with applicant for our audition/ recruitment

2) To veryfy and contact with applicant for our recruitment of students or employee; (3) Regarding to our retained personal information which obtained them before established Protection of Personal Information Law on March 31, 2005, we shall continue to use them for the above using purpose.; (4) If we obtain personal information through M&A, spin-off and some business transfer, we shall use them in the field which is approved by a customer own before the transition or limited field which is needed.; (5) We shall use personal information for the following case even though it is out of the above purpose. The cases are; -based on law need to protect some ones' life, body or property required to cooperate to national institution.

3.To provide customer's personal information to a third party: LDH group shall not provide customer's personal information to a third party except the following cases;; (1) LDH have an agreement with customer beforehand; (2) LDH provide customer's personal information to outsource which is controlled by us properly; (3) LDH obtained customer's personal information for the purpose to provide to third party and we inform or open for the purpose, provided data, providing method and the address for request to disclose data; (4) LDH need customer's personal information to protect some ones' life, body or property but i's difficult to get agreement form the customer; (5) LDH are required to provide a customer's personal information from national institution or local government or their entrusted person based on law.; (6) LDH are required to provide customer's personal information through M&A, spin-off and some business transfer

4.Sharing customer's personal information: (1) To provide general service in LDH group, we may share customer's personal information which retained by each group company; (2) LDH group share the following customer's personal data-name, sex, age, date of birth, occupation, address, telephone number, E-mail address, purchasing history and answer questionarere or campaign; (3) LDH group is as follows;

2) To customize our products/service/website contents for each customer
3) To survey customer's satisfaction for our products/service
4) To analyze customer usage, may help to improve service and develop new service; (B) To provide some information concerning to our products/service

5.Writing personal information on BBS: LDH group provide BBS service on artist's official site. Please be noted and fully attention that if you write your personal information on BBS, the information is available to see by other people. In addition, LDG group site may link to out of our group site. Please be accepted that we do not responsible for handling personal information on the linked site.

6.Question and operation for customer's personal information: (1) If you or your agent request to correct, add, delete (withdrawal) for your personal information, please contact us at the following. LDH Inc. is responsible for shared Customer's personal information in LDH group. The following is general for all LDH group company. Regarding the information which you own registered on website, you can correct, add delete (withdrawal) by yourself.; <For Customer's personal information related issues, please contact us at the following;>; LDH Inc.

(A) We are not able to identify you or your regal agent
(B) We are demanded to open, correct, add, delete and stop service for customer's personal information which is not applicable to LDH group retained
(C) If we open customer's personal information, we may prejudice you or a third party's life, body, property and the other rights and profit
(D) I we open the customer's personal information, it may cause a remarkable trouble to LDH group business
(E) Once we open the customer's personal information, we may violate law
(F) Though we are demanded to correct or add to the customer's personal information, there is no need to correct etc. from the using purpose or the demand is disagree with fact
(G) Though we are demanded to delete or stop service, there is a violation on LDG group operation which means using or obtaining it out of using purpose or not accepted to provide to the third party except to applicable to 3.(1) or (6).
(H) Though we are demanded to stop using the customer's personal information, we are impossible to stop it and protect customer's right and profit by alternative method.; (4) LDG group specially consider to customer under the age of 13. If we are provided personal information from customer under the age of 13, parent's agreement is required.

7.Handling Customer's personal information on website: (1) Cookies
